Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil engineering specializing in drainage systems stormwater management and water infrastructure projects. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams managing complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Qualifications :
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning design and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects with a focus on drainage and water systems.
- Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies budgeting scheduling permitting procurement and construction.
- Coordinate with clients regulatory agencies contractors and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage project risks quality assurance and change control processes.
- Prepare and present technical reports proposals and project updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal environmental and safety regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil engineering with at least 5 years in a project management role.
- Proven expertise in drainage design stormwater management and water infrastructure..
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
