Join IQ-EQ as Head of Transfer Agency leading our dynamic Fund Management team in Ireland. Based in Shannon or Dublin youll oversee operational excellence and client service delivery. What youll do

• You will lead and develop the Transfer Agency team ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality client service across all shareholder servicing functions
• Youll collaborate closely with Fund Accounting and Compliance teams to implement robust processes perform AML and eligibility checks and uphold regulatory standards
• Youll manage client onboarding resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Youll drive continuous improvement contribute to business development and ensure optimal fee recovery and client profitability
• Youll operate within IQ-EQs risk and governance framework fulfilling the PCF 33 role under the Central Bank of Irelands Fitness and Probity regime.

Qualifications :

• You bring strong leadership and client service skills with proven experience managing teams and building trust in a regulated financial services environment
• You have hands-on expertise in client onboarding AML compliance and navigating Irelands regulatory landscape including the Fitness and Probity regime
• Youre detail-oriented and analytical with the ability to resolve complex issues improve processes and meet tight deadlines under pressure
• Youre proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with multi-currency operations and systems like Investran and Paxus
• You work independently with a flexible mindset a deep understanding of corporate governance and a sharp focus on risk mitigation and operational excellence.
