Job Description
Our client a leading global financial services provider is seeking an Assistant Manager Regulatory Reporting to join their expanding Finance team in Dublin. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in capital and statistical reporting. It offers the chance to contribute to high-impact regulatory submissions and support strategic decision-making in a key European location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily and monthly internal capital reports including large exposures and capital ratios.
- Assist in the production and submission of regulatory capital and statistical reports for European operations.
- Conduct variance analysis reconciliations and control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support process enhancements and system development initiatives using tools such as JIRA and Axiom.
Key Requirements:
- A university degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial statements accounting principles and variance analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
