Job Description

 

  • Prepare cook and present Indian speciality dishes according to established recipes and standards while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned section.

  • Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and development of Indian dishes ensuring compliance with food safety and HACCP standards.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients for the section as needed.

 


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as Chef de Partie in Indian cuisine with strong knowledge of spices techniques and cooking methods (tandoor curry biryani etc.)
  • Culinary certificate or diploma
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
