This progressive and far-reaching global law firm is seeking a talented Equity Capital Markets Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Hong Kong. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile IPOs listings and public company transactions across Greater China and beyond.

What were looking for:
- 5-8 years post-qualification experience in Hong Kong capital markets ideally with a strong track record in IPOs listings and public M&A
- A sharp legal mind excellent academic credentials and fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Strong client-handling skills attention to detail and the ability to manage transactions efficiently and confidently.
A proactive resilient approach and a genuine interest in contributing to the firms growth.
