Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director of AI & Digital Strategy you will be responsible for delivery of GenAI initiatives within digitalisation programme for the organisation.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development from ideation to deployment ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify organizational opportunities designing scalable innovative solutions (e.g. automation predictive analytics LLMs agentic AI) to address critical needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies requirement analysis and workflow design to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate technology solutions before full-scale implementation.
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely cost-effective and high-quality technology solution delivery.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including technical frameworks user guides and training materials to enable smooth knowledge transfer.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and assess their applicability to the organizations strategy.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to measure ROI user adoption and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Business Analytics or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in product management in a technology-driven innovative environment preferably in a large-scale enterprise.
- Proven track record in develop and execute product from POC to implementation.
- Proven experience on driving innovative technology solutions preferred but not limited to AI/ML technologies blockchain etc.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management expertise (Agile Scrum or Waterfall) with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
