Job Summary
Description
We need someone who can (.NET):
- Proven experience as a .NET developer (Delphi developer desirable). Typically 3 years of experience in a software development role.
- Design and develop highly scalable client/web-based applications based on business needs.
- Design and customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- Ability to use and explain all aspects of application integration and data integration with SQL Server and associated technologies and standards.
- Good knowledge in building and operating platforms using the Microsoft technology stack with modern architectures.
- Implement build process and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business needs from both technical and business perspectives.
- Assist and mentor junior team members to enforce development guidelines.
- SQL server performance tuning (SQL Server 2014/2016/2019) and troubleshooting
Basic Qualifications for Consideration
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in building enterprise scale windows and web application using technologies.
- 3 years of experience in and Microsoft Web API
- 3 years of experience working Core framework and Entity core.
- 3 years experience working with Microsoft SQL Server SSIS and SSRS.
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile (Scrum) application development.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in an extremely high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- Agile process experience
- Legacy Delphi language
- Experience with JavaScript based UI framework such as Angular 2.0 or React.
