About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Solution Architect Analyst to support the development of innovative data-informed business solutions that respond to market demands and client needs. This role requires strong financial acumen a solid understanding of technology and the ability to operate across all levels of an organization offering high-impact recommendations and collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution strategies that align with client requirements and company strengths.
- Perform financial and business analyses to support solution design and strategic recommendations.
- Support the planning and development of solution offerings ensuring resources are effectively applied.
- Analyze complex business challenges using data to shape innovative and efficient solutions.
- Evaluate procedures and practices to ensure regulatory and industry compliance and alignment with company standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams delivery practice leadsto scope capabilities and optimize solution approaches.
- Monitor and apply market trends best practices and innovation to improve business offerings.
- Contribute to or lead small projects mentoring colleagues as needed and working autonomously with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Strong financial and numerical analysis capabilities; able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technological literacy with the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and understand enterprise systems.
- Proven experience in analyzing client needs and crafting business solutions accordingly.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills across a variety of audiences.
- Strong understanding of how different departments and organizational levels operate and interact.
- Ability to manage complex problem-solving with a practical and innovative mindset.
Preferred Attributes
- 5 years in business analysis solution architecture or a related strategic consulting role.
- Experience in enterprise environments or matrixed organizations.
- Knowledge of industry standards and legal/regulatory frameworks.
