Follow up with inquiries via phone email and messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information to guide decision-making.
Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date lead status and communication logs.
Provide regular reports on conversion metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales or engagement role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understanding of the sales funnel and customer lifecycle
Confident telephone manner and persuasive skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Resilient and adaptable under pressure
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Multilingual skills is an added advantage
Full Time
