You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Event Manager for us you will be responsible for the overall co-ordination and profitability of an event. Managing and coordinating the team during the event and working closely with the sales team and client to deliver the event seamlessly.
The Events Manager will be working as part of an exciting events operations team to deliver the food & beverage event operations at a large selection of events spaces Will also lead the front of house operation on assigned events providing a comprehensive briefing to all team members involved in the delivery of the event.
We operate Monday to Friday and host both internal and external events including unique ceremonies and delegations from around the world. This contract is where tradition meets creativity and modern solutions. Across seven floors of internal meeting rooms we accommodate everything from small T&C bookings to fine dining dinners canapes and drinks receptions afternoon teas working breakfasts and lunches buffets for up to 200 guests or even dedicating an entire floor to summits with hundreds of attendees throughout the day.
1st floor- external events space with VIP room theatre and open space
6th floor: Event space with a stunning view of St Pauls and a terrace (note: no BBQs permitted).
7th floor: Dedicated to CEO and board meetings as well as exclusive events
