About You
We are seeking a driven independent and ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our Key Account Management division. You will be responsible for cultivating managing and expanding client relationships across corporate and investment banking insurance investment management and supply chain sectors ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience.
In this senior role you will report to the EMEA Team Lead Key Account Management based in London and collaborate virtually with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with the experience and confidence to represent the organization in high-level client engagements and manage a portfolio of key accounts including financial institutions and multinational corporations.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of global clients including banks insurers asset managers and multinational corporations
- Developing and executing client strategies and regional engagement plans ideally with exposure to North American and/or Asian markets
- Driving growth through strategic upselling of RepRisk solutions aligned with the client journey
- Strengthening RepRisks position as a trusted ESG partner by delivering platform guidance and high-quality service
- Leading contract and pricing negotiations ensuring service-level excellence and managing escalations
- Handling a range of operational and administrative tasks across the client lifecycle
Qualifications :
You offer
- Over 7 years of relevant managerial and client-facing experience in financial markets asset management or within a corporate environment working with financial institutions with a proven track record in sales and contract negotiations
- Bachelors degree or higher preferably in a relevant field
- Strong skills in client engagement collaboration and relationship-building at all organizational levels
- In-depth understanding of business financial and technical concepts with the ability to apply industry knowledge effectively and stay informed on market trends
- Solid technical acumen enabling effective communication with financial professionals IT and Product teams
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely to clients
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced high-pressure environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
