Job Description
Our client supporting a top Global Healthcare Company seeks an Invoice to Pay lead which involves overseeing the implementation and rollout of S4 solutions related to procurement processes across the multiple countries in the upcoming Release. This role is expected to lead and provide directions to the team to ensure successful implementation of the global AP solution for indirect procurement while considering the country specific needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for implementation of the procurement process in Ariba and S4 across all countries in current Release scope
- Lead the design sessions to ensure robustness of the global procurement process and localization as needed by the countries
- Acts as the single point of contact for indirect procurement both within S4 and other teams
- Accountable for the Business Process Design (BPD) Key Design Decision (KDD) and localization requirements user stories during the explore phase of the project
- Accountable for providing requirements for detailed design for the gaps identified during localization and review and approval of the build of those gaps
- Accountable for providing input to the test and training team for their respective deliverables
- Accountable for coaching and providing input to the cutover and deployment team on the business cutover during go-live of different regions
- Manages the indirect procurement process team and provides day-to-day guidance to the team
- Deliver global rollout of the R2P solution across all countries in scope for current Release
- Align on roadmap priorities for current Release and drive implementation of the roadmap
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure individual and team deliverables are completed as per timeline
Requirements
- SAP experience with end-to-end procurement and invoicing knowledge process.
- Completion of S4Hana or SAP implementations and process redesign.
- Ability to lead the S4 Procurement implementation.
