Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in event logistics.
Support management with administrative reporting and clerical tasks.
Assist in following up on membership renewals and service requests.
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Business Administration Office Management or related field.
1 3 years of experience in administration or reception.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or office management systems is a plus.
Professional customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
A collaborative work environment in New Cairo.
Exposure to both administrative and client-support responsibilities.
Net Salary between 10K EGP to 12K EGP.
