As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and assessing to hiring top-quality talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs design effective sourcing strategies and deliver hires on time while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in recruitment HR internships or customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal English; confident phone and email communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Able to manage multiple open roles scheduling and follow-ups with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of LinkedIn job boards and basic Boolean search is a big plus.
