Organization Development.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as release planning sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives to ensure all teams are productive and time-boxed.
- Keep track of Impediments and resolutions to boost productivity and ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate project status risks and dependencies to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making and maintain alignment with business goals.
- Adopt Agile principles to enhance the continuous delivery of value.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology development field including 3 years minimum as a scrum master
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile practices
- Proficiency in Agile Management Tool
- Experience using Jiras most top used plugins such as (Zephyer scale eazyBI Jira Timeline Structured Jira Automate Git Integration) is a plus
