Job Description

  • Strategic Selling: Articulate and demonstrate Nagarro BFSI (Banking Financial Services and Insurance) solutions through value-based selling building strong business cases and leveraging industry data. Develop ROI analyses and create compelling proposals to drive deals from inception to close.
  • Customer Collaboration: Engage with customer stakeholders to understand their strategy challenges and opportunities aligning Nagarros solutions to their objectives. Partner with technical and non-technical executives to showcase the commercial and technological value of our offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline accurately track quarterly forecasts and manage revenue outcomes. Balance immediate sales targets with a long-term strategic view of revenue opportunities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven customer-focused market strategy for your territory. Team Collaboration: Work with distributed internal teams to ensure seamless execution of end-to-end sales cycles. Foster high levels of customer advocacy and satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior executives thought leaders and influencers in the BFSI sector. Establish partnerships with primary alliances and identify new market and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial services industry including core banking trends challenges and innovations.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of selling complex technology solutions SaaS and digital transformation projects to the financial sector. Consultative Approach: Strong hunter sales mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into engaging value propositions for diverse audiences.
  • Data-Driven Insight: Ability to leverage data for storytelling creating value and driving client actions.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing change in dynamic environments.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working in a matrixed organization and selling in international markets particularly in Mexico.
  • Ambition and Passion: Entrepreneurial spirit with energy a passion for selling and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and IT teams in decision-making processes.
  • Multilingual fluency with English as a requirement and additional languages (Spanish) as a plus.
