Job Description
Were looking for an ambitious and hands-on Founders Associate (Working Student) to join Performativ. This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with the founding & executive team of a high-growth fintech scale-up gaining exposure to strategic decision-making operations and data-driven execution.
As a Founders Associate you will support strategic and operational initiatives across multiple business areas. Youll be working with large volumes of data helping shape key decisions and have direct access to the founders of Performativ.
What youll do
- Work directly with the founding team on strategic projects across commercial operational and product functions
- Analyze large datasets to generate insights that support high-stakes decision-making
- Build and maintain Excel models dashboards in Hubspot and reports to track business performance
- Conduct market research and benchmarking of the industry
- Prepare investor materials and internal documentation
- Own and drive mini-projects independently with full responsibility
What were looking for
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables lookups (very) complex nested formulas.
- Hungry and ambitious students enrolled in a top-tier university program (business finance economics engineering or similar) with outstanding academic results
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with large complex datasets
- High attention to detail and a structured way of thinking
- Proactive hands-on attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Comfortable working 20 hours/week on average (30 hours/week during peak periods) Flexibility provided around exam schedules.
