We are looking for a Consultant Digital Solutions to join our diverse and talented team in Augsburg. We believe in a culture over skill mindset and a friendly family-like atmosphere where open communication and knowledge sharing are at the core of what we do.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the way: Conduct customer workshops gather and document detailed requirements.
Translate & Guide: Transform client needs into clear concepts and guide interdisciplinary teams (UX developers strategists) using agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban.
Ensure Success: Take ownership of project delivery ensuring projects are on-time on-budget and in-scope while maintaining high quality standards.
Innovate & Improve: Continuously propose and implement innovative digital solutions and process improvements.

What you bring:

Must-Have Skills:

At least 2 years of experience in a digital project or agency environment.
Strong consulting communication and analytical skills.
Hands-on experience with agile project management (Scrum/Kanban).
Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional team settings.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Technical knowledge: Experience with TYPO3 Webflow headless CMS Magento PHP JavaScript and a strong understanding of accessibility & UX standards.
Tools: Familiarity with Jira Figma UserTesting Hotjar or HubSpot.
Background: A background in digital strategy or product ownership would be a plus.

Language Requirements:

German: C1 (Proficient)
English: At least B2 (Intermediate)
