Job Summary

Maintain overall system configuration and enhancements
Maintain salesforce process policies application configuration and documentation
Manage instances to ensure data integrity and security
Assist mass data import/export
Provide production support for data issues and Configurations
Troubleshoot production issues and requests related to data and configuration and Monitoring of Integration
Salesforce org health checks backup and sandbox management
Manage permissions/profile/Page layouts etc.

Qualifications :

Salesforce platform knowledge
Experience in Salesforce Administration
Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices
Experience of working on Technical support
Basic understanding of Apex Java
Experience of working on services cloud/sales cloud Marketing Cloud experience is a plus
Basic understanding of ways of integration
Experience with data loader/workbench etc.
