Youll own the operation trustworthy leadership under strict regulations like BlmSchG food hygiene occupational safety and our foodsafety principles. You spot issues early think fast decide boldly and act with purpose. Whether its less material waste optimized energy use or smooth production flow you make it happen.
This role is more than managingits shaping the future: defining goals around quality safety availability competitiveness and energy use. As a Plant manager youre the strategist and budget steward steering the plant toward real results with clarity urgency and measurable impact. But thats not all in this role youll:
- Investigate deviations and take responsibility for correction or disposition decisions
- Manage budgeting cost control and financial performance of the plant operations
- Build a high-performance plant culture rooted in Jack Links values and a commitment to growth and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
For this highly responsible job we need you to bring solid experience within a plant management leadership role. As well as an Engineering or Business degree (or equivalent) and deep expertise in lean manufacturing and quality systems. Youre the calm commander when things heat upanalytical direct and assertive. We feel that to be successful in this role you bring the following additional expertise and experience:
- In-depth knowledge of production processes lean management and quality assurance
- Strong leadership and communication skills you communicate with clarity and conviction.
- Fluent in both German and English
