Job Description
Your contribution
- Develop implement and provide support for interdepartmental IT solutions
- Participate actively in the digital evolution of Bosch Mobility including the migration to SAP S/4
- Be part of digital transformation projects within your area of expertise working in international project and program assignments
- Collaborate to facilitate the standardization of processes alongside other Process Experts Process Managers and IT departments
- Engage in productive cooperation with a global network of Process and IT Experts
- Take the lead for Process Improvement Action activities
Your contribution(internal)
- Work as PST (Process Solution team) member in international project and program assignments
- Support our internal customers worldwide in case of business process issues and questions
- High motivation to improve business processes in implementing standard BBM solutions
- Identification of local training needs and provide expertise for training measures
- Regular coordination and information sharing within our global Expert Network and with local key user groups
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor degree in IT Business Administration or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience with Plant Maintenance process
- Consulting and rollout process knowledge
- Excellent English skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills and passion to harmonize and standardize processes
- Self-organized structured and customer support oriented

Process Expert in I2P-PM (Invest-to-Produce Plant Maintenance) Area
To work as a Process Expert for Plant Maintenance Management you should have
- Very good knowledge and expertise in BBM maintenance management processes and interfaces to shop floor areas
- Solid experience with working in IT related projects (e.g. Rollout Migration Training Test management/Testing Track&Release)
