A well-established Canadian medical device company is seeking a Territory Manager to join its Surgical Division. You ll serve as a clinical and product expert across a portfolio of surgical solutions designed to optimize patient safety and operating room performance.
This role combines account management business development clinical education and customer service to drive long-term partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers. The role covers the Greater Toronto area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and convert new hospital and surgical accounts to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Sales Leadership to meet regional targets.
- Build relationships in key surgical areas including the Operating Room Day Surgery ICU Emergency Endoscopy Cardiac Orthopedic General ENT Neuro Urology and GYN surgeries.
- Conduct in-servicing team presentations and product education sessions.
- Conduct regular in-person client visits to assess needs and drive growth.
- Forecast demand gather competitive intel and report to Sales & Marketing.
- Participate in trade shows conferences and clinical training events.
Requirements
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Post-secondary education in Business Health Sciences or related areas.
- Clinical backgrounds (nurses RTs surgical techs) are encouraged to apply.
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- 2 years of medical device sales preferred.
- Clinical professionals without sales experience will be considered.
- Experience working in acute care or operating room settings is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive territory performance.

- Skilled at presenting clinical and technical data to hospital teams.
- Self-motivated and organized with a solution-focused mindset.
