Job Description
Competencies: Functional Testing ServiceNow
Experience (Years): 6-8
ServiceNow QA Expertise testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM APM) testing experience Data Migration testing.
Experienced to different development methodologies like Waterfall Mode and Agile development.
Expertise in preparing Test Plans developing reviewing and executing Test Cases based on Functional Requirements Business Requirements and Use Cases Documents.
Adept in identifying Test Scenario s and Writing Test Cases by applying Test Case Design Techniques.
Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration System Functional Regression Sanity Smoke User-interface (GUI) Data base and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Performance Testing.
Proven ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments.
Experience in requirement review meetings analyzing requirements User Stories (Agile) Developing test plan and test cases Requirement Traceability Matrix Defect management Reporting and tracking.
Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team.
ITSM/ITOM Modules (Incident/Problem/Change & release/ Request Management Portal). Methodologies: Agile / Waterfall (Scrum) ITIL processes SDLC STLC.
Languages: Java HTML CSS XML JavaScript SQL.
Testing Tools: Selenium HP Quality Center/ALM/Test Director.
Defect Tracking Tools: JIRA
Key responsibilities: Creation of Test Artificats - Test Plan Work with ServiceNow BA/BSA to understand the project testing requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases Review design documents and perform GAP analysis Create test data as per the planned test cases.
Manage and track test executions defects using Test Data Management tool.
Participate in Defect triage calls to review and prioritize defects and work as needed with SMEs - BSA DEV to reproduce or retest defects.
Provide input for Test Closure reports
Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: Hands-on working experience architecting Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions, including customization and integration. Guidewire certification is a technologies of interest: Guidewire Cloud, Salesforce CRM, legacy modernization, and AWS. Proven knowledge & architecture experience in, architecture (digital / digital marketing / micro / macro / monolithic services, APIs), application integration, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, application architecture, distributed architecture, data architecture and experience with modelling languages & techniques. Can quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies. Can understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations. Strong technical background (platforms, languages, protocols, frameworks, open source, etc.).Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF) & architecture certifications a in engaging and supporting claims teams and understanding their day-to-day operations in the P&C insurance space. Open and clear connect with the business, telecom, infrastructure, security, audit, vendors, and software engineering. Driven by challenges and , proactive and a motivation for on security standard methodologies and understand the impacts it can have on a working in a constantly evolving technological excellent teammate who demonstrates leadership. Comfortable speaking with all levels of the organization and different audiences.
