Requirements
Education: University Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing M&E scope on large-scale
construction projects
Proven experience in site coordination commissioning and contract administration of
M&E systems
Bilingual (French-English) oral and written communication (an asset)
Proficient with MS Office MS Project and construction coordination platforms
LEED accreditation is an asset
Working knowledge of construction techniques drawings specs and applicable industry
standards

Related work experience of 3-5 years in a construction supervision role, working on heavy civil construction projects; Experience in earthworks and concrete structures a must; Proven skills in management, negotiation, communication, and problem solving; Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work; Knowledge of office management systems and administrative procedures; Basic math, accounting, and finance skills; Bilingual (an asset), but proficiency in English language with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) is required.
