Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our Education Management team. As a Live Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to students parents and faculty through our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming chat inquiries from students parents and faculty
- Provide accurate information and assistance on a variety of topics related to our educational programs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
- Ensure a positive and engaging chat experience for all users
- Maintain detailed records of chat interactions and follow up as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and using chat software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
