Join a dynamic industry medical aesthetics that sits at the intersection of pharmaceuticals beauty/cosmetics and consumer healthcare and drive a global leading brand to its next chapter.
Own both strategic and tactical planning as well as execution/delivery of plans for all assigned brand(s)
Lead the cross-functional brand team set strategy and priorities and collaborate closely with partners (Sales Business Excellence Education Medical etc.) to ensure understanding and alignment to goals positioning messaging and tactical plans with field teams
Shape the development of key campaigns programs assets and tools designed to drive and differentiate the assigned brand(s) with both customers (B2B) and consumers (DTC) while maintaining ownership of brand budget(s) and positively influencing brand P&L
Establish clear brand KPIs that define what success looks like and regularly analyze performance
and market dynamics/opportunities communicating findings to cross-functional brand team and to senior management
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the customer base through building KOL relationships and dedicating time in-field
Build strong two-way relationships with Area & International colleagues to efficiently enhance localized Canadian plans while sharing Canadian best practices with other markets
Spearhead the innovation planning process for any new launches in assigned brand categories
Partner closely with Trade & Pricing team to define commercial policy and any customer or consumer pricing/promotional offers in alignment with brand strategy
Expand thinking beyond BOTOX Cosmetic to embrace combined/integrated Facial portfolio One Allergan and One AbbVie

Qualifications :
EDUCATION
Equivalent to a four-year University education with emphasis in business and/or science. MBA is an asset.
Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
A minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of commercial experience (e.g. Marketing Sales Category Management Business Excellence etc.) in the pharmaceutical consumer health or beauty/cosmetic industry (CPG / FMCG would be considered).
A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of Product Management / Brand Management experience with strategy and/or P&L ownership.
Experience working in Health Canada regulated industries within Beauty Cosmetic or Medical Aesthetics is preferred.

Ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders taking process and providing feedback constructively; executive presence and comfort in presenting to internal senior management and/or customer c-suite leadership
Creative thinking and open-mindedness to finding new or better solutions with a genuine passion or curiosity about the Aesthetics industry
Demonstrated financial acumen; strong understanding of P&L management forecasting ROI and budget management
Strong project management skillset ability to balance multiple priorities against overlapping project timelines
