The Amazon Mentor Program incentivizes third-party partners (3PPs)- such as integrators consultants and content creators to refer launch and grow Sellers on Amazon allowing us to scale our capabilities to onboard new Seller Partners. The partners are trained to prospect leads pitch Sellers provide launch assistance (e.g. catalog and listing) and post-launch engagement. Mentor team created daily mechanisms and strategies to improve seller experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of e-commerce consultants integrators and content creators
- Ability to influence and guide partner strategy interacting with CEO operations and marketing leaders
- Own and develop mechanisms to scale partner operations education and support
- Actively hunt potential players in the market and build internal projects to leverage results through partnerships
- Own and report key business metrics to senior leaders/act as a project manager for key program initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams (Account Managers Business Development Project Managers Marketing Operations etc.)
- Enable partners to learn and master Amazons tools and systems so they can teach and train merchants to become self-sufficient in managing their catalogs inventory and performance efficiently and according to required standards.
The position covers BR but we expect you to build mechanism and best practices with your peers in MX.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
