Job Summary
Ready to build smart automation with serious brains behind it Were looking for more Python-first engineers with a background in AI/ML data science or engineering to craft scalable workflows powered by LLMs. Start part-time and grow into full-time.
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows integrating AI when relevant.
- Develop and optimize API integrations across multiple platforms.
- Build backend automation scripts and services to improve operational efficiency.
- Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL etc.)NoSQL is a plus.
- Collaborate with the AI team to integrate LLMs and intelligent systems into workflows.
- Maintain and document automation processes ensuring scalability performance and security.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Must-Have:
- 3 years of experience in automation backend development or AI-driven workflows.
- Strong Python skills (JavaScript is a plus).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL MySQL etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in AI/ML data science or engineering roles.
- Proven ability to design or contribute to LLM-based solutions (e.g. OpenAI Claude etc.).
- Solid problem-solving chopsyouve tackled complex automation challenges before.
- Strong grasp of REST APIs webhooks and integrations.
- Proficiency with Git and version control.
Preferred:
- Experience with automation platforms like N8N Zapier or Make (N8N is easy to learnpreferred not required).
- Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Firebase).
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Background in event-driven architectures CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
