Our Concierge team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests and as a Night Porter you will play a crucial role in supporting smooth overnight operations and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
your key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Welcoming guests.
- Carrying luggage.
- Valet parking guest vehicles.
- Explaining hotel facilities.
- Maintaining the cleanliness standards of the Hotel entrance.
- Providing tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendations.
- Promoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty Program.
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including Overnights and Public Holidays.
You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications :
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes (bit not limited to):
- Experience in a similar role (essential);
- Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud;
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures;
- A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and
- Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster including Overnights and Public Holidays.
