In this role you will:
- Deliver vital speech pathology services to participants in schools homes and the local community.
- Manage your own caseload ensuring therapeutic services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Conduct clinical observations and standardised assessments interpreting results to set tailored treatment goals for each participant.
- Provide evidence-based interventions that empower participants to get more out of life.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications :
To be considered suitable you will have:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas
- Looking for a fun collaborative and supportive work environment
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
