What We Need From You

Essential Technical Foundation:

• Hands-on full-stack development experience across multiple technologies

• API integration and system architecture expertise

• Cloud platform proficiency (Azure/AWS)

• Database design and business intelligence tools

• Comfortable building rapid prototypes and showcasing solutions

Essential Business Skills:

• General business acumen with 5 years in technology consulting or senior development roles

• Mature approach to stakeholder management and communication

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Naturally curious with a strong ability to grasp new concepts quickly

• Experience translating business problems into practical technical solutions

Bonus Points For:

• Practical AI/ML implementation experience

• Agriculture commodity or supply chain technology background

• Previous consulting engagements in business transformation

• Experience with enterprise system evaluations and implementations

The Honest Truth About This Role

This isnt a typical consulting gig where you write reports and hand them over. Youll be building bridges between immediate operational needs and long-term strategic vision. Some days youll be coding APIs other days youll be presenting technology roadmaps to leadership.

If you need detailed specifications delegated direction and clear project boundaries this probably isnt for you.
