This is an exciting opportunity to join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and be part of a diverse workforce. Based in our Brisbane CBD office you will be responsible for all facets of the property management service delivery and the financial performance of a mixed industrial and commercial office portfolio.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Manage the financial performance of the assets and provide recommendations to the clients
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including tenants and clients
- Preparation of reports including financial arrears maintenance summaries tenant issues/meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Conduct rent reviews lease renewals and negotiate new leasing deals
- Management of lease compliance by all tenants and landlords
Qualifications :
To excel in this position you will ideally have:
- Current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration
- Current Drivers Licence
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Commercial Property Industry and ideally in Property Management/Centre Management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Property related degree (preferred but not essential)
