Job Description

As part of our Sales & Business Development team youll be at the forefront of driving EVSEs growth across Victoria. This isnt just about sales its about building genuine connections with customers spotting new opportunities and creating smart tailored EV charging solutions that make a real impact. Youll play a key role in expanding our footprint and championing EVSEs mission to lead the way in sustainable transport infrastructure.

  • Identify develop and close new business opportunities in the Victorian EV charging market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and industry stakeholders.
  • Deliver tailored proposals and presentations to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EVSEs products services and market trends.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Represent EVSE at industry events conferences and networking activities.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment and contribute to continual improvement in quality and performance at EVSE by complying with all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Were looking for a motivated and commercially savvy professional who can bring both energy and expertise to the role. To thrive youll need a strong mix of sales acumen relationship-building skills and a passion for driving growth in the EV and sustainability space. Ideally youll bring the following:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales ideally in technology infrastructure or renewable energy sectors.
  • Ability to develop and close new business
  • Will positively contribute to the office sales culture
  • Ability to develop existing accounts and close further existing business
  • Strong understanding of solution selling and complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of the EV charging industry and/or sustainability sector preferred.
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel within Victoria.
