Imagine this: youre the tech wizard who keeps the support desk wheels turning not just for our bustling support office but for teams working in Parks and Resorts paradise. As our new IT Support Analyst youll be the friendly tech-savvy hero keeping both our teams and our sun-soaked holiday parks running smoothly. Youll solve problems keep everyone connected and make sure our teams (and guests!) can focus on the fun the Wi-Fi and not the frustration.
What you will do:
- Be the first point of contact for all things ITsolving problems answering questions and making tech headaches disappear for our Parks & Resorts teams
- Provide day-to-day support for operational technology systems including troubleshooting upgrades and system monitoring
- Set up and configure new hardware and software making sure everything from booking systems to boom gates are in tip-top shape
- Collaborate with other tech teams to roll out new solutions and improve our digital playground
- Document your work (so the next person can marvel at your genius) and help us improve our processes
- Keep security front-of-mind ensuring our systems are safe sound and ready for anything
What you will bring:
- A genuine love for helping people and making their tech lives easier
- 2 years experience in IT support desk teams especially with operational technology in fast-paced environments (bonus points if youve worked in hospitality tourism or corporate settings)
- Strong Office 365 Experience (including Azure AD/AD SharePoint etc) VoIP systems and supporting CCTV
- Strong troubleshooting skillsif it beeps blinks or buffers you know how to fix it
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating tech speak into everyday awesome
- A positive can-do attitudebecause when youre supporting colleagues every day should feel a little bit like a holiday!
