You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Health Services Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver healthcare services within immigration detention settings. This position is responsible for ensuring that care is effective high quality and responsive to the needs of patients with a strong focus on achieving positive health outcomes. This position is based in Yongah Hill Immigration Detention Centre located approximately90km northeast of Perth.
This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and lead a newly formed team setting a strong foundation for collaboration inclusion and high performance. Youll champion innovation promote creative problem-solving and drive continuous improvement while cultivating a positive resilient and growth-focused team culture where individuals feel genuinely supported and heard.
In this role youll be responsible for building team capability through effective coaching mentoring and strategic talent development. Youll also work cross-functionally to align objectives eliminate barriers and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives. We offer an orientation and induction period of up to eight weeks to support your transition into the role.

You will hold relevant qualifications and experience including a Bachelor of Nursing degree with a minimum of five years post-graduate clinical experience in a relevant field. Additionally you will have at least five years experience in leadership or management roles within a complex healthcare environment. Current AHPRA registration in Nursing or another relevant clinical profession is required without any conditions.
