What youll do:
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the hotel
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs
- Lead and support the maintenance team contractors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with workplace health safety and fire regulations
- Monitor budgets stock and reporting to ensure cost-effective operations
- Work closely with hotel management to support smooth guest experiences
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role (hospitality preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building systems plant equipment and compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage contractors and lead a small team effectively
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Trade qualification or relevant technical skills highly regarded
