Job Description
Were seeking a Night Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel. This part-time role is perfect for a hospitality professional who enjoys working independently delivering excellent guest service and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
What youll do:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in check-out and enquiries
- Handle overnight reception duties including reservations and payments
- Monitor hotel security and complete nightly audits
- Provide friendly professional service to ensure a positive guest experience
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts weekends and public holidays
