Job Description

Join our Queensland Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and take the lead in managing our dynamic Industrial & Commercial portfolio. Based in our Brisbane CBD office but with regular travel to sites this role offers the perfect blend of challenge autonomy and collaborationideal for a facilities management professional ready to elevate their career.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring optimal performance and longevity of assets plant and equipment through proactive maintenance and lifecycle planning
  • Leading compliance efforts across essential services and risk management aligned with Colliers national standards
  • Collaborating with property management to oversee budget expenditure and financial planning
  • Procuring and negotiating service contracts managing tenders and RFPs with precision
  • Delivering accurate expenditure and performance reports for monthly and quarterly client updates
  • Upholding OH&S standards through regular audits and legislative compliance reviews

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional certifications (highly regarded but not essential)
  • A solid understanding of industry best practices sustainability principles and legislative compliance
  • Strong technical knowledge of building services and operations with proven experience in risk management
