- Coordinating daily clinical operations and patient flow
- Supporting the Periodontist and clinical team to deliver high-quality care
- Managing treatment schedules and patient communications
- Assisting with case presentations and treatment coordination discussions
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with practice policies and procedures
- Supporting the training and development of team members
- Building positive relationships with patients to enhance their treatment experience
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Clinical Coordinator within a Dental practice is essential
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting or Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable)
- Experience with Oasis software (advantageous)
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a patient-first approach
