Job Description
CONDUCT STATISTICAL ANALYSIS
Youll use R or Python to analyse sports-related data and uncover actionable insights.
VISUALISE DATA
Youll create compelling visualisations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and support decision-making.
SUPPORT ONGOING PROJECTS
As a working student youll collaborate with a motivated team to support ongoing fan-centric and athlete-centric projects contributing to both commercial and performance-related initiatives.
INTEGRATE AND IMPLEMENT DATA PRODUCTS
Youll assist in integrating and implementing data products ensuring seamless access to actionable insights.
COLLABORATE
Additional youll work with cross-functional teams partnering with experts from diverse domains to develop and apply data science solutions in real-world sports scenarios.
Qualifications :
- Advanced undergraduate or postgraduate students currently enrolled in a university program in Data Science Sports Science AI Computer Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- First experience of programming in R or Python for data analysis and visualisation
- Familiarity with statistical methods and their application to solve real-world problems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present results clearly
- Communicates effectively and thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to learn and proactively take on new challenges
