About the Role
Were looking for a Growth Support Associate to join our internal team and step into a role that blends lead generation campaign support coordination and a bit of social media handling. This position exists to cover and expand on the responsibilities of a current team member whose role has evolved significantly.
In this role youll work closely with our Growth & Business Development Manager and our Strategic Lead to help keep things moving across multiple client and internal initiatives. You wont just be executing tasks youll be thinking tweaking researching organizing and growing with us.
This is a great fit for someone who is proactive organized detail-oriented and excited about using digital tools to generate connections and results. If youre someone who likes variety is tech-comfy and communicates clearly youll thrive here.
What Youll Be Doing
Lead Generation & Marketing
- Running LinkedIn messaging campaigns via HeyReach.
- Finding leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha and Apollo.
- Building and uploading lead lists.
- Segmenting campaigns by audience type.
- Tracking performance metrics.
- Helping evolve our campaign strategy alongside our Strategic Lead.
- Supporting email marketing setup including warming up domains and building sequences.
Coordination & Scheduling
- Scheduling calls with leads/clients based on campaign results.
- Joining weekly syncs with the team to stay aligned.
- Following up on tasks and priorities that come out of those meetings.
- Occasionally helping out with posting or stepping in for team members.
What Were Looking For
- Experience with lead generation or B2B outreach.
- Comfortable using tools like Apollo Sales Navigator LinkedIn and HeyReach .
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is essential as youll be working closely with an international team.
- Bonus: Experience with email marketing tools understanding domains/warm-up basics.
