Job Description
Buscamos un Estimador de Costos Senior con experiencia comprobada en Early Production Facilities (EPF) plantas de tratamiento primario y proyectos de ductos (oleoductos y gasoductos). El candidato ideal deber contar con un slido historial en estimaciones de costos y gestin de costos con capacidad para elaborar estimaciones precisas en todas las etapas del proyecto y aportar recomendaciones estratgicas para optimizar presupuestos.
We are seeking a Senior Cost Estimator with proven experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) primary treatment plants and pipeline projects (oil pipelines and gas pipelines). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation and cost management with the ability to develop accurate estimates across all project stages and provide strategic input to optimize project budgets.

Requisitos Excluyentes:
Ttulo universitario en Ingeniera Civil Mecnica Qumica o afines.
Ms de 10 aos de experiencia comprobada en estimaciones de costos y gestin de costos en proyectos de oil & gas.
Experiencia especfica en instalaciones EPF plantas de tratamiento primario y construccin de ductos (oleoductos y gasoductos).
Slidas habilidades analticas y manejo de herramientas y metodologas de estimacin estndar de la industria.
Responsabilidades Principales:
Elaborar estimaciones de costos detalladas desde la etapa de factibilidad hasta la ejecucin.
Apoyar los procesos de control de costos seguimiento presupuestario e informes.
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para asegurar la precisin de costos y el cumplimiento de objetivos.
Identificar oportunidades de ahorro manteniendo los estndares tcnicos y de seguridad.
Mandatory Requirements:
University degree in Civil Mechanical Chemical Engineering or related disciplines.
10 years of demonstrated experience in cost estimation and cost management for oil & gas projects.
Proven track record in EPF facilities primary treatment plants and pipeline construction (oil and gas).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in industry-standard estimating tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates from feasibility to execution stages.
Support cost control processes budget monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cost accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising technical and safety standards.
