• Desarrollar y mantener planes integrados de proyecto que abarquen alcance costo cronograma riesgos y calidad.
• Liderar y supervisar la ejecucin diaria de proyectos complejos de ingeniera e industriales.
• Monitorear entregables avances desempeo de contratistas y cumplimiento de los cronogramas base.
• Coordinar y presidir reuniones de proyecto elaborar informes de progreso y escalar temas crticos para decisin del cliente.
• Impulsar la gestin de riesgos problemas y cambios asegurando mitigacin proactiva y decisiones estructuradas.
• Coordinar interfaces entre ingeniera compras construccin puesta en marcha y operacin.
• Asegurar la correcta implementacin de controles de proyecto reportes y estructuras de gobernanza.
• Gestionar la relacin con stakeholders: actuar como punto focal de comunicacin con contratistas proveedores entes reguladores y la direccin del cliente.
• Apoyar el seguimiento presupuestario y de informes generando alertas tempranas sobre desvos y riesgos.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de estndares de seguridad calidad regulatorios y ticos en todas las fases del proyecto.
• Promover la mejora continua la innovacin y la aplicacin de lecciones aprendidas para optimizar la entrega del proyecto.

Qualifications :

• Mandatorio: Ttulo universitario en Ingeniera.
• Mnimo 15 aos de experiencia profesional en gestin de proyectos de gran envergadura en infraestructura energa o industrias afines.
• Se valorar especialmente la experiencia en proyectos de reactores nucleares.
• Experiencia en procesos industriales o instalaciones industriales complejas.
• Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo organizacin y gestin de stakeholders.
• Dominio de ingls y espaol (oral y escrito).
