Asegurar la continuidad de la producción en condiciones óptimas de calidad seguridad y productividad cumpliendo con normas GMP y EHS según los entrenamientos recibidos.

Responsabilidades Generales

• Cumplir con leyes políticas y lineamientos locales corporativos nacionales e internacionales aplicables al puesto.
• Cumplir y hacer cumplir los lineamientos del programa ABAC.
• Cumplir con las directrices de Seguridad Calidad Suministro y sistemas de trabajo.
• Participar activamente en proyectos de mejora del área sitio o función.
• Cumplir con el plan de capacitación y desarrollo asignado.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas internas de Haleon y normas regulatorias locales/internacionales.

Responsabilidades Operativas

• Realizar la manufactura de graneles según el plan de producción cumpliendo normas GMP y EHS.
• Aplicar LOTO cuando corresponda.
• Realizar controles en proceso (IPC) y cargarlos en el sistema.
• Reportar desviaciones de proceso o condiciones inseguras a FLL Asistente de Mantenimiento o Jefe de Sector.
• Realizar entrenamientos asignados y asegurar su cumplimiento.

Gestión de Sistemas y Documentación

• Dar de alta los graneles en el sistema.
• Verificar disponibilidad de Batchcards materias primas y recipientes con 12 hs de anticipación.
• Coordinar con el programador del Value Stream y entre turnos para evitar incoordinaciones.
• Imprimir revisar y cerrar Batchcards; cargar resultados en IPC SAP OEE y resumen de producción.
• Controlar planillas de limpieza y otros registros (logbook calibraciones presión diferencial).
• Apoyar en la revisión y confección de SOPs del sector.

Soporte y Mejora Continua

• Dar soporte a servicios técnicos mantenimiento y servicios auxiliares.
• Velar por la correcta aplicación de LOTO por parte del staff.
• Colaborar en la capacitación de operadores junto a FLL.
• Proponer y dar seguimiento a mejoras en elaboración.
• Colaborar en la estandarización de tiempos de set up y limpieza.
• Solicitar materiales varios en el sistema.
• Asignar tareas a operadores según el plan de producción del día siguiente.
• Cumplir con requerimientos del sistema HAPS: problem solving 5S zoning OSW y performance management.

Requisitos

• Educación: Secundario completo con título técnico (preferentemente Técnico Químico).
• Informática: Manejo básico de herramientas Office.
• Conocimientos: GMP EHS técnicas analíticas básicas herramientas de Lean Manufacturing y Six Sigma.
