Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
The YES4Youth Product Associate will support the Product Department by assisting with research documentation and coordination of product-related initiatives. This role provides a valuable opportunity for a young professional to gain practical experience in product management and development processes while contributing to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct desktop research to support product development and innovation.
- Log and manage items on DevOps ensuring accurate tracking and updates.
- Assign DevOps items to relevant team members and follow up on progress.
- Document updates from team members regarding product initiatives.
- Attend product research meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Draft short summaries and documentation related to product activities.
- Create and maintain session minutes and records.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A or N certification
- Any IT or Business-related tertiary qualification
