We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) and Veeva Network to support the discovery phase of a global transformation this early phase you will lead the assessment of current data processes gather business requirements and help shape the future CMDM landscape across markets.
You will work closely with business stakeholders global and regional affiliates data governance teams and technical counterparts to define a scalable and compliant solution. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills cross-functional collaboration experience and a track record of working in regulated environments.
What you will be doing:
- Lead workshops and interviews to assess current-state CMDM processes systems and pain points across global and local affiliates.
- Elicit structure and document business requirements for CMDM and Veeva Network ensuring alignment with data governance and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with Veeva and integration teams to evaluate data model options hierarchies affiliations and reference data.
- Map out high-level data flows and ownership models across geographies and systems.
- Contribute to the design of a governance model for HCP/HCO data including quality controls and lifecycle management.
- Align global business strategy with local regulatory and operational needs (e.g. GDPR transparency requirements).
- Support the development of key discovery deliverables: process maps capability gap analysis and initial implementation roadmap.
Qualifications :
- 710 years of experience as a Business Analyst in life sciences or regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience in discovery or early-stage projects for CMDM or MDM systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of Veeva Network or similar customer data platforms.
- Strong understanding of HCP/HCO data affiliate integration and regulatory frameworks (e.g. GDPR consent transparency reporting).
- Ability to manage ambiguity lead workshops independently and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in Agile and hybrid delivery models across globally distributed teams.
