Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative and student-centered team. As a Physical Therapist you will support students in overcoming physical challenges that may impact their ability to access the educational environment. Your work will directly contribute to students independence mobility and overall school success. Qualifications - Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state
- Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings (preferred)
- Knowledge of motor development assistive devices and accessibility modifications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators administrators and other service providers
- Compassionate adaptable and student-focused approach
Responsibilities - Evaluate and assess students gross motor mobility and physical functioning needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students in the school setting
- Train staff and families on positioning mobility strategies and assistive equipment
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate timely documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
