Our CISCO Business Unit is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a Business Development Manager Fortinet to drive growth build strategic partnerships and develop the Fortinet business in Italy.

Your Role

As Customer Success Specialist Cisco you will be responsible for driving growth within our Cisco business by developing new and existing reseller partnerships. You will:

  • Identify and engage new B2B reseller partners within the Cisco ecosystem.

  • Support partners in the adoption of Cisco solutions and services across networking security collaboration and cloud.

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting solution positioning negotiation and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Vendor Managers Presales Marketing Finance) to develop and execute growth strategies.

  • Monitor pipeline activities and forecasts using our internal CRM systems.

  • Share insights and feedback to improve Cisco go-to-market initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales account management or customer success is a strong plus but not mandatory.

  • Experience with Cisco or in the networking/cybersecurity industry is considered a notable advantage.

  • Commercial acumen proactive mindset and curiosity to explore new approaches.

  • Fluency in Italian and good working proficiency in English stronger English skills are a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills with an entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
