Technical Knowledge Base Writer to create clear user-friendly L0/L1 technical articles for non-technical internal audiences. This role involves gathering information from subject matter experts and/or proactively identifying topics based on Yammer comments and key topics of interest. Resource will follow a standard article format and collaborate with the Knowledge Governance team for review and approval.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Research and write technical articles addressing common user issues (e.g. printer troubleshooting) for the internal knowledge base.
Collaborate with SMEs to gather accurate relevant content for new articles.
Review and amend existing articles based on user feedback or new requirements.
Monitor channels such as Yammer to identify recurring questions and proactively create content to address them.
Ensure all content meets established governance and quality standards.
