The Quality Experience Advocate:
- Assures the confidentiality security and integrity of protected healthcare information in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates compassionate active listening skills customer service using the HEART method
- Collect and gather feedback from patients families caregivers participants and customers
- Communication with complainants acknowledging their concerns and obtaining further information as needed
- Provides follow communication with complainant upon completion of investigation
- Work collaboratively with teams to effectively improve quality and promote service excellence
- Alert quality leadership of trends
- Back up for quality feedback platform
- Provide administrative support for collaborative calls.
- Enter survey data/ comments into feedback platform
- Demonstrates resilience in the face of constraints frustrations or adversity
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 3 years active customer care experience in the healthcare field
- Strong customer advocate committed to enhancement of quality and service excellence
- Excellent communication skills verbal & written
- Ability to work collaboratively with and through others to achieve desired results
- Proficient in use of organizations hardware & software (Windows Word Access Excell Power Point etc.)
